The client is a multi-location oral surgery center. Management is located in the main office. Traditionally if there was an emergency, staff would get on the phone to call up the necessary parties. However, when the client approached Loquantur, we automated the process so a 911 call immediately generated email and text messages to the staff members who needed to know. We cut down response time, and made sure nobody was missed in the process.
