Client supports their customers in a very personalized way, where callers reach out for their support person of choice. Ring time increased when some members of the support staff needed to move to part time work. We assisted the client to set up a schedule for their support staff so their phones rang when they were available to take a call, and did not ring but went to the team when they were unavailable.
So instead of callers having to wait an extra 20/30 seconds for rollover, they now get immediate help and the client maintained the consistency and high quality service to their callers.
