Client wanted to use voicemail to better manage the work of different teams within the organization. The idea was to allow each team’s members to collaborate on their shared workload. The client approached Loquantur, and together we created a process that uses voicemail to email as a conduit to CRM integration. Team voicemail messages are picked up by the CRM system and become the start of a workflow that was now tracked and managed seamlessly. For example, voicemail messages to the support team now became tracked Service Tickets.
